Mango and Peach Puree

Recipe and Instructions:

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 ripe mango
    • 1 ripe peach
  • Preparation:
    • Peel and pit the mango and peach, and cut them into chunks.
  • Puree:
    • Blend the mango and peach chunks until smooth. For a thinner consistency, add a little water, breast milk, or formula.

Age Suitability:

  • Ideal for babies aged 9-12 months. This puree introduces soft fruit textures and natural sweetness.
